Sasha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor and Founder of Elevate Therapy Group. 

Sasha has been passionately serving children with autism and their families since 2011. She began her career as a Verbal Behavior Therapist, providing direct ABA services in centers, homes, and schools. Her early hands-on experience shaped her deep commitment to helping children grow through individualized, compassionate care.

In 2014, she founded Live Well Therapy Group , a mental health practice offering counseling and psychiatric services that complement and support the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of children and families.

In 2018, Sasha founded her first ABA company in Miami, furthering her mission of making quality behavioral services accessible to families. Building on her years of experience in both mental health and ABA, she went on to establish Elevate Therapy Group, a BCBA-led ABA practice rooted in clinical excellence, compassionate care, and individualized treatment.

Recognizing that exceptional ABA services begin with strong clinical leadership, Sasha intentionally recruited a knowledgeable and experienced BCBA to serve as Elevate’s Clinical Director. She prioritized finding a clinical leader who shared her commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices and understood the importance of creating meaningful, lasting progress for children and their families.

Together, they have built a dedicated team of BCBAs and behavior therapists who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services. 

Today, Sasha continues to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Her passion for comprehensive care drives her mission to create a supportive environment where children can reach their fullest potential, families feel heard and empowered, and every child receives the individualized attention they deserve.

As Clinical Director, Damaris leads a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized ABA services. She provides clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to her team, guiding the development and implementation of effective, evidence-based treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Damaris discovered her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis through a personal experience that profoundly shaped her career path. After learning that a close friend’s child had been diagnosed with autism, she was introduced to ABA and was immediately drawn to the life-changing impact it had on the child and their family. This experience sparked a deep commitment to helping individuals with developmental differences reach their fullest potential through the science of behavior.

Damaris began her work in the field by providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism and other related disorders. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with individuals across a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and developmental delays. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. 

Damaris is dedicated to improving the quality of life for both her clients and their families by implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting functional skills. She takes pride in working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments. Her compassionate, client-centered approach is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves access to effective, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress.

Algenys Perez became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2013 and brings years of experience supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds. Throughout her career, she has worked in homes, schools, and center-based settings, building meaningful relationships and creating positive learning experiences along the way.

Algenys is passionate about helping parents feel confident and empowered as they engage with their children. She also enjoys teaching and supporting therapists as they create learning experiences for children that are meaningful, individualized, and effective.

At the heart of her approach is the belief that ABA should be individualized, data-driven, and collaborative. She strives to create a supportive environment where children can learn and grow, parents can see meaningful progress, and therapists feel confident in the work they do. Most importantly, she wants every family to feel supported throughout their journey. 

Khadija is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting children and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other caregivers from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is committed to developing culturally responsive treatment plans that promote meaningful progress and long term success. Her experience spans a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and schools. 

Khadija discovered her passion working with children when she became an English teacher after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences from the University of Washington. After relocating to Miami, she entered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and worked in supporting children with different needs such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and other behavioral

conditions. 

During her time as an RBT, Khadija gained extensive hands-on experience in early intervention, adolescent social skills programming, and the treatment of challenging behaviors and desensitization procedures. Through this work, she developed a strong appreciation for the scientific principles of ABA and how they can be applied to teach meaningful skills and improve quality of life. Motivated by this passion, Khadija pursued her Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology while completing her supervised fieldwork. 

She became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in 2023 and later earned her BCBA certification in 2026. In her current role as a supervisor, Khadija is dedicated to training and supporting RBTs. She emphasizes both the practical application and underlying science of ABA while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical services for children and families
