Sasha Dimitrjevitch, LMHC-QS, MFT Founder & Owner
Sasha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor and the Founder and Owner of Elevate Therapy Group.
Sasha has been passionately serving children with autism and their families since 2011. She began her career as a Verbal Behavior Therapist—now known as a Registered Behavior Therapist—providing direct ABA services in the center, homes, and schools. Her early hands-on experience shaped her deep commitment to helping children grow through individualized, compassionate care.
Sasha transitioned into an administrative leadership role as the office manager of a well-known ABA company, where she gained valuable insight into the operational side of quality ABA service delivery. In 2014, she founded Live Well Therapy Group, her private practice, where she offers social, emotional, and behavioral counseling services that complement and enhance ABA therapy.
In 2018, Sasha founded her first ABA company in Miami, serving countless families and continuing her mission of providing ABA services. Her passion for comprehensive care led her to launch her second ABA practice, Elevate Therapy Group, where she continues to lead with empathy, clinical excellence, and a heart for empowering every child and family she serves.
Damaris Ledo, BCBA & Clinical Director
Damaris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director at Elevate Therapy Group.
As Clinical Director, Damaris leads a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized ABA services. She provides clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to her team, guiding the development and implementation of effective, evidence-based treatment plans that promote meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
Damaris discovered her passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis through a personal experience that profoundly shaped her career path. After learning that a close friend’s child had been diagnosed with autism, she was introduced to ABA and was immediately drawn to the life-changing impact it had on the child and their family. This experience sparked a deep commitment to helping individuals with developmental differences reach their fullest potential through the science of behavior.
Damaris began her work in the field by providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism and other related disorders. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with individuals across a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and developmental delays. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Damaris is dedicated to improving the quality of life for both her clients and their families by implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on reducing maladaptive behaviors and promoting functional skills. She takes pride in working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments. Her compassionate, client-centered approach is grounded in the belief that every individual deserves access to effective, evidence-based care that supports meaningful progress.
Jessica Devine, Practice Manager
Jessica brings a wealth of experience in ABA, as our Practice Manager, where her warmth, professionalism, and dedication shine through in everything she does.
She oversees the administrative team and plays a key role in ensuring that families experience a smooth and supportive journey from the moment they inquire about our services.
With a deep understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps care moving forward, Jessica ensures that insurance benefits are verified, authorizations are secured, and claims are processed promptly—so families can continue receiving the services they rely on.
She takes pride in helping parents feel informed and cared for, and is always ready with a kind word or a helping hand.
